"At the beginning of May our team took part on the conference on the issue of sustainable packaging. An environmental awareness is one of our key issues and therefore we follow new solutions based on renewable and biomaterials. During the conference some new trends were presented however it has been highlighted that assessing the degree of sustainability is a highly complex procedure and many factors needs to be considered. A product made from renewable or biomaterials may not necessarily be more sustainable then one made from fossil fuel-based materials, as the amount of energy used in the production may be much higher. Our concept concentrates on weight reducing and improving the energy efficiency during the production process as we consider these to actions the right way to contribute to the drive for sustainability.
